Girlfriends In Grace is a young adult group for women in their late teens, 20's and 30's. It is an opportunity for us to get together with other catholic women and explore our faith. We do bible studies, inspirational lectures, faith sharing, and a lot of girl-talk. The name, I think, really captures what the group is about. The catechism says that, "Grace is favor, the free and undeserved help that God gives us to respond to his call to become children of God, adoptive (daughters), partakers of the divine nature and of eternal life." (ccc 1996) So we are Girlfriends who are striving to be in God's grace, accepting His help to transform our lives.
